Healthcare Open Enrollment: Attention TeleSearch employees. The TeleSearch sponsored Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Wellness/Preventive Plan and Medical Value Plan (MVP) are now available for initial enrollment. Enrolling in either of these programs will fulfill the individual mandate for coverage and prevent having IRS penalties levied on you for 2015. Prices vary depending on which plan you choose and how many family members are covered. Initial open enrollment closes on 1/12/15 at midnight. To qualify for either plan you must have worked for TeleSearch for at least the last 90 days. In addition, for the MVP plan you must have averaged at least 30 hours per week for the last 90 days. Go to the Forms Page on this website and look for the ACA Forms section. The forms listed provide rates and further information for both plans. New Jersey Gender Equity Notice: On January 6, 2014 the NJ Department of Labor released the final rules on notification requirements for the Equal Pay Notification Law signed by Governor Christie in September 2012. The Gender Equity Notice required by this law can be viewed on our Forms Page in both English and Spanish.
Minimum Wage Increase: Effective January 1, 2015 the Minimum Wage in New Jersey increased from $8.25 to $8.38.
