Principal Accountabilities

  • Backup contact for 401k, Pension and Health & Welfare vendors for data and interface issues
  • Understand and support all aspects of benefits related data; how the data is processed, the data flow and how it relates to Health & Welfare, Pension, Retirement Savings, HR and Pay. First level contact to resolve benefits related data issues, working directly with P&O systems, Business Units and / or vendors to ensure the quality and integrity of data used.
  • Provide in-house expertise on Benefits reporting.  This includes generating required reports, data requests and adhoc reports in a timely, accurate manner. Analysis of the current systems environment is required to determine the best data source for each ad hoc report request.
  • Assist Benefits System Specialist in developing test scenarios and testing scripts for annual enrollment and other testing projects
  • Monitor, trouble shoot and resolve data exceptions as they occur for internal and external systems. Ensure vendor reported data exceptions / errors are resolved quickly and accurately. Provide guidance when needed to minimize future errors, suggest enhancements to current system processes.
  • Communicate with cross functional users to resolve exceptions and provide guidance when needed to minimize future errors
  • HSA/FSA reconciliation with payroll and vendors, provide monthly reports to internal teams
  • Monitor vendor interfaces – confirm receipt and load, review errors and ensure proper setup
  • Use exception reporting, variance analysis and other mechanisms to monitor, review and reconcile data internally and externally
  • Responsible for making recommendations and implementing proactive data integrity checks
  • Evaluate and recommend continuous changes to overall Data Integrity Processes.
  • Develop and / or maintain systems, functional and process documentation as appropriate
  • Recommend solutions to create efficiencies with current systems/processes

Contract Analyst will be required to take on a number of roles within the company's Trade Promotion Management (TPM) team. The team is divided into groups consisting of Operational Support (which provides Tier 1 end user support and determines escalation to the Tier 2 service partner), Training and Communication (responsible to develop training materials, deliver training to the end user community, and provide appropriate communication to the key TPM Stakeholders), and Projects (key business change initiatives within the TPM space).

The initial focus for this role is to focus on inventorying, reviewing, and updating training materials for the Training and Communication group. Inventorying will include identifying where all documentation is stored and providing an “aging” report to the T&C manager. Reviewing will include assessment of the inventoried materials using criteria defined by the T&C manager and providing a detailed assessment and next steps for each document. Updating will include (re)writing the materials which could include the creation of on-line training materials which encompasses “voice over” audio.

In addition to the documentation activities, the analyst will be asked to execute pre-defined procedures to create specific TPM reports. These reports will be distributed to appropriate stakeholders on a regularly scheduled basis. Where appropriate, the analyst will be asked to make minor modification to report designs. Most report activities will be using Microsoft Excel and Qliktech Qlikview.

As the analyst’s competency in the area increases, responsibilities will shift to include Tier 1 support of the TPM tools. Tier 1 support will include review/triage of incoming support requests from the end user community and where possible based on learned competency, resolving the issue. Where competency has not been learned, escalating to the appropriate team member and ensuring proper “hand off” from end user has been communicated.

  11. Process all management reports and distribute to necessary supervisors/departments.

  12. Act as the initial contact for all work-related injuries.

  13. Perform other duties as directed by TeleSearch management.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure safe work environment for all employees and visitors.

  • Operates forklift truck or uses hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

  • Locates and pulls material for production in accordance with the daily production schedule as directed.  Uses the performance database to input activities as prescribed by warehouse guidelines

  • Uses computer system to inquire on skid and material locations.

  • Receives incoming material. Enters receipts into computer system

  • Locates and pulls all material for special requests.

  • Process orders through the UPS and Federal Express computers.

  • Affixes’ shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons.

  • Physically moves material for destruction notices, assists inventory to process INCA’s.

  • Close computers at the end of each day.

  • Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse area.

  • Performs cycle counts

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Skills/Education Required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Forklift Certification

  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)

  • Proficient in use of Excel

  • Basic Math Skills

  • Use of Scale Counter

  • Lifting up to 50 – 70 lbs.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, all processing activities conducted at the Rheon Line.

ŸVerify that targeted units per proofer plates are to target specifications.

ŸAssure that mechanical line moving parts are functioning as expected. Report any mal-functioning or potential mechanical failures to supervisor.

ŸAssure that the Rheon Line, workstations, are maintained organize and safe for working.

ŸAssure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) are adhered to by employees.

ŸContinually communicate with Lead Baker on dough conditions and quantity.

ŸRecord Quality Control checks accurately and timely

ŸContinually weigh units to ensure product is within weight specifications.

ŸAdditional tasks may be assigned as needed. 

-Basic knowledge of GMP’s and Lockout/Tagout Procedures.

Job Description

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE - TEMPORARY POSITION

RESPONSIBILE FOR:
• Packs production units in cases, according to case pack specifications.
• Ensures product units being packed are to quality and product specifications, including color, weight, height, length, appearance, and core temperature.
• Inserts master case liner, baking instructions, and retail bags as needed in formed cases.
• Ensures that finished cases have been accurately coded and identified.
• Places finished cases on pallets properly and labels pallets correctly.
• Records packaging documents accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Prepares box cartons with accurate labels for packaged products, and/or ensures that box labeler is accurately labeling cases.
• Operates various packaging equipment, which may include but is not limited to metal detectors, product counters, case erector/bag inserters, conveyors, box labelers, box tapers, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and bag counters.
• Places palletized cases in the holding freezer.
• Alerts Packaging Foreman, Packaging Lead or Production Supervisor when metal detector is kicking off product units, or when other machinery is not functioning properly.
• Maintains sufficient materials for the Packaging Department, including but not limited to pallets, box cartons, box carton tape, master case inserts, baking instructions, pallet tags, correct retail bags, and correct box labels.
• May assist in collating retail bags according to case counts based on the production schedules.
• Completes duties in accordance with quality assurance, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), safety and other company programs and procedures, and in accordance with government codes and regulations.
• Maintains clean, organized and safe work area, including wiping and washing equipment, tools, containers and dollies; sweeping and mopping floors; and trash removal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education Required

 
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Previous experience in an automated or semi-automated packing environment preferred.
-Forklift certification preferred.
-Good Communication Skills
